Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute our formal acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell. Kuliku reserves the right to accept or reject orders at any time after receipt of your order for any reason. Kuliku also reserves the right to supply less than the quantity ordered without prior notice. All orders are subject to credit approval. To protect the interests of both parties, we may require additional qualifications or information from the customer before accepting any order.
Kuliku primarily serves arcade venue operators and dealers, accepting orders from customers intending to purchase equipment and related services. All orders must be preceded by a formal purchase agreement, which will define the rights and obligations of both parties, payment terms, and delivery arrangements. Generally, customers are required to pay a deposit representing a certain percentage of the total order amount (the specific percentage is stipulated in the contract). Kuliku will arrange production and shipment upon receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance is payable according to the contract terms after delivery and acceptance of the goods.
This website does not support online payments. All payment matters will be handled through offline or other agreed methods confirmed by both parties.
Typographical Errors
If due to printing errors, pricing errors, or incorrect product information provided by Kuliku’s factory or staff, the product price or information is inaccurate, Kulikutech.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. Regardless of whether the contract has been signed or the order has been scheduled for shipment, Kulikutech.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders. If a deposit has been paid and the order is canceled, Kulikutech.com will refund the paid amount in accordance with the terms of the contract between both parties.
Return Policy And Product Warranty
All return requests must be submitted within ten (10) days of receipt of the product. Authorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All new equipment supplied by Kuliku is covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranties may vary in scope, duration, and terms. For warranty parts or repairs, please contact Kuliku to arrange advance replacement or return authorization in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy. If the customer requests replacement or repair of defective products outside the warranty period, the applicable charges will be billed at Kuliku’s current service rates.
*Shipping costs for the return of products or defective parts are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
Warranty Limitations
There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kulikutech.com be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business, or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
