What is the warranty policy on a new arcade game?
The original manufacturer’s warranties cover all new equipment that ships from Kuliku. Manufacturer warranties for new equipment vary in coverage, length, and policies. For warranty parts or repairs, please contact Kuliku to process an Advance Replacement or Return Material Authorization under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
What is the warranty policy on a used arcade game?
Other than abuse, acts of god or improper servicing, Kuliku used equipment warranty will be as follows based on the condition your machine was sold:
Fully Reconditioned – 6 months Electronic Warranty. 90 days on peripherals.
Complete & Working- 90-day warranty Electronic and peripherals.
AS-IS- no warranty
During the warranty period, the Customer may need to return the defective part to Kuliku for repair or exchange.
Do arcade games use a standard electrical outlet?
Yes, the games we sell in the United States use a standard 110V three-prong outlet that you plug in and play like any other electrically powered item.
Does Kuliku install/sell card readers?
Yes, we install and sell card readers. Just let your salesman know if you want a card reader installed on the game before delivery.
Does Kuliku sell arcade parts and accessories?

Yes, we do. Kuliku believes the post-sale customer Wellness program is an important part of the success of any installation. Betson will visit your location and check several key areas to make sure the location is running at optimum performance.
What should I consider when choosing space for my arcade games?
Always allocate 70 square feet per game with open design and sightlines.
